The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), as the main coordinator of statistical system of the Republic of Moldova, is leading the implementation of the Strategy for Development of Statistical System. This project aims to improve institutional capacity of NBS in implementing its Operational Plan 2018 – 2020 based on the Strategy for Development of Statistical System 2016 – 2020. The project is run by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in partnership with NBS, with financial support from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and UNFPA.
