Please submit your quotation in MDL (local suppliers) and in USD (international supplier) currency. Conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency, if the offer is quoted differently from what is required, shall be based only on UN Operational Exchange Rate (https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php) prevailing at the time of competition deadline.

Please remember, the bid shall consist of two parts: the technical and the financial bid. The technical bid containing the technical specifications for services and the financial bid containing price information shall be submitted separately in two different emails.
- Technical bid, including documentation to demonstrate that the bidder meets all requirements. The technical bid should be concisely presented and structured to include but not necessarily be limited to the information listed in the ToR.
